The eligibility conditions for MTech Geoinformatics that candidates, in general, are expected to meet in order to be considered for admission are: A UG degree in Engineering in relevant stream with minimum 60% marks Candidate need to clear entrance exams that are required for getting admission in this course

The eligibility criteria of M.Tech in remote sensing & GIS with specialization in Geoinformatic is given below. 1. Essential Qualification: M.Sc./ M.Tech. (Physics/Appl. Physics/ Electronics/Maths/ Appl. Maths/Stat./IT/Comp. Sci./ Comp. Applications/Geo-Engg.) (OR) M.Sc. (Remote Sensing/Geoinform./Geomatics or equivalent) (OR) Master's in Geography (OR) B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc.(Engg.) (four year degree) in Civil/ECE/ Electronics/Electrical/Comp. Sci.//IT/Remote Sensing/Geoinform./Agri. Inform./Forest Informatics 2. Age : 45 years 3. Min. percentage in qualifying degree : 55% 4. Admission criteria : Entrance test and Interview So from essential qualification B.Sc. Geography students are not eligible for this program.
