I am a bsc pmcs student i have only 1 subject back thoughout degree n next sem i'll clear that also but i dont know what to do for 1 year

i have back in odd sem so i will definetly clear that within 6 months but i dont know what to do for 1 year before clear and please guide me is there any certificate courses available in computer science field for 1 year before clear my degree
