I am a Btech EE and want to pursue MS in US in fall 2012. Do you suggest applying ni Winter 2012? Please help in shortlisting universities

I did my B.Tech in Electrical Engineering in 2009. Am planning to join for MS in the US in fall 2012. Would you suggest joining in winter '12? And, how do i go about selecting/shortlisting Universities? Thank you in advance.

You should apply for the fall term only as the number of seats available are much more, number of scholarships available are much more and the competition is less. Also, the universities are more selective in the winter intake due to the less number of seats available. In order to shortlist univers
