I am a Btech final year student and very much intreseted for learning foreign languages like spanish,french and italian what should i do?how and where can i pot for a certified course and also tell me about full time and parttime courses.

if you want lear foreign languages then you should go to new delhi's "Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) New Delhi" .its a best option.
