I am a btech graduate and have passed in 2010.For the past 1 year i am searching for a job but cant get one.What should i do, choose to do?

I am a btech graduate and have passed in 2010.For the past 1 year i am searching for a job but cant get one.What should i do, choose to do? Should i go for an MBA degree or should i join any BPO as my first priority was to do a job but situation is not favouring me.Please help me out??
