Should i start to do mba for higher studies or join bpo?
As also i am not so technically sound .
So please help me out??

please don't go for BPO....either keep searching or do MBA...all B.tech are doing MBA or do M.tech...for colleges u can contact me...

First of all do not take stress, you will surely get jobs, well as per your profile it would be advisable for you to pursue MBA, as it enhance your career prospects.
MBA is a holistic course which deals with management aspects, the major specialization in MBA are:

Keep searching for the job (contact more placement agencies) and in the meantime start doing MBA through distance education course. Incase you can delay your career by 2 more years then do MBA through regular mode of education.
