ELIGIBILITY
1)A pass in a degree from any University,
2)For IAS and IPS the candidate must be a citizen of India,
3)For other services a candidate can be either a citizen of India,a subject of Nepal,a subject of Bhutan or a Tibetian refugee

U can appear by studying right material n gud mentoring, NCERT books are gud enough to start with, be in touch with current arrairs

upsc gives advertisement in december every year and gives one month to apply. read newspaper daily. subscribe some national level magazine like competition success review, competition master, pratiyogita darpan. these newspapers will give you not only the valueable information but also study materia
