I am a CA final year student & want to pursue MBA but confused whether will get a call from IIMs or FMS?

Having decent academic background but not having good grades in CA final.

Call from FMS is dependent on CAT score with weightage to GDPI and Class X, XII score in final conversion.

So, for FMS there is no weightage for graduation score. What about IIMs?
