i am a CA PEII candidate i want to transfer to the IPCC i had given my last PEII exam on June 2009.how can i get transfer

Hi Sourav,
Well for the transfer eligibility you need to visit the respective websites and as per my knowledge, one has to take written permission from I C A I.
