i am a chartered accountant having 9 years of post qualification exp.i am i wanted to do part time or distance MBA in HR, is it a good idea?

i am working in a manufacturing company as a sr. manager accounts and finance and also interested in Hr, will doing part time or distance MBA in HR increase my prospect in future. By profession i am a CA and do not want to do MBA in finance
