It all depends on your choice. If you are interested in research field upon chemistry, then the best one is M.Sc. And you have a great opportunity to do M.Sc from India's top reputed institutes like IITs & IISc. IITs and IISc offer admission to candidates on the basis of JAM scores for M.Sc. (2 year

It depends on what matters to you. Assuming that you have interest in chemistry, MBA would be a totally different field. You could complete your MBA after your M.Sc as well. But to be working in the field of your interest with equal opportunity for growth and money, M.Sc and then few years down the
