I am a civil engineer student, can i do interior home designing? will it be related to civil engineering field.
Will the civil engineering sylabbi help me in doing interior home designing courses.... or will i have any related courses in these both.

Yes, it is related, or rather it can act as a supplement to your civil engineering skills. I suggest you do a short correspondance course of it during your engineering studies.
