Hi, Every Students aspiration is to clear UPSC. You can clear the exams irrespective, which steam you want to pursue in. The actual eligibility for UPSC exams is you need to complete under graduation from recognized board with minimum percentage (which you can easily clear). Suggested way to study is start preparing right now. It is as good as you start early. The preparations for UPSC exams are vast and needs a lot of preparation. 18 hours is what my faculty members use to suggest me for preparation after UG.
