I am a class 12th board topper. Do I need to participate in BITSAT counselling or will I be offered direct admission to BITS?
For BITSAT admissions, the top-rank holders in central and state board exams will not be required to participate in the centralized counselling process. As a class 12th board topper, you do not need to participate in the BITSAT counselling process. BITS Pilani offers direct admission to all first rank holders in their respective board examinations, provided they meet the following criteria:
- You must have scored a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in Phy

BITS, Pilani, conducts the BITSAT exam in two shifts. The timings for the morning session are from 9 AM to 12 PM, and others are from 2 PM to 5 PM in the afternoon session. Candidates can select the BITSAT slot timings using the BITSAT slot booking system.
