I am a class 12th student. Is it the right time to think about pursuing my higher studies abroad?

I hope it's not the right time to think about higher studies in foriegn. The time will come to you and you have to wait for it. Now, what you've to do is 'get good rank in the engineering/degree /other entrance exams and choose a better college'. After you get a degree, then think about the foriegn
