There are many courses after completing class 12th with PCB.
Few of them are:
1. Biotech.
2. Pharmacy.
3. Nursing.
4. Clinical biology. etc.
You can choose the course as per your interest and career path. -
In which field do you have interest? Is it B.Sc in PCM, CBZ or any of the advanced courses? You can also opt for management or engineering course. It depends on your field of interest and parent's financial support.
All the best. -

Choosing an engineering college requires balancing placement records, salary packages, and fees. Generally, top-tier government institutes (IITs, NITs) offer the best combination of high placements, excellent salaries, and lower fees compared to private universities.
Here is a breakdown of the best types of colleges that fit your criteria:
1. Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs)
- Placements & Salary: The absolute best. They consistently report near 100% placements in relevant branches (like CSE, Mechanical). Average salaries are very high (often ₹18-25+ LPA), with top international offers exceeding ₹50 LPA
