I am a class 12th student with PCM & want to do BBA in aviation. Is it fine pursuing this course even after having science background?

BBA is open for all type of students, who has passed class 12th from a recognized board. Therefore, you are eligible for BBA after PCM.

Definitely, it is okay to do BBA in aviation management even if you have done your 12th in science stream, besides this will always work out as a positive point for you. You can do this course from various colleges like:
1. Institute of Logistics and Aviation Management, Delhi
2. UPES Dehradun

You can pursue a management course after your graduation. Being a SC candidate, you can pursue B.Tech, B.Pharm, BCA or B.Sc mathematics.
