I am a class 12th UP board student & want to join NDA. What should I do next?

In class 10th, I've got 86% marks.

You can appear for NDA exam after completing 12th and the syllabus is of 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th. There are separate books available to prepare for NDA. You can also join some coaching for better preparation.

Yes you can, but that will be difficult as you have to study for B.Tech along with. So for better preparation, you should give your whole time for NDA preparation.
