I am a clerk(PSU)+completed B.Sc Physics,BCA & MCA (all 3 in distance mode).Would it be better to quit job for FPM/Phd in IIM for future?
Career through FPM/Phd in Management (CAT/GATE).

if you are financially strong
such that you can survive your livelihood after quieting this job
then this will be a better option
other wise i will advice you to appear in other govt exams
