I am a commerce graduate and also doing CA course in which I completed intermediate level and 3 yrs training.Is there any scope for PG crse?

Yes, a few students at XLRI do have a background like yours and are doing well. Being a commerce graduate and doing CA certification will definitely help your cause in the placement process.
