Yes, but only if you have scored exceptionally well in your 10th, 12th and even in your graduation and most importantly you need to crack the CAT exam will very good percentile otherwise you won't be able to get a call from them.

Yes, you are eligible. The IITs accept all graduate degrees. SJMSOM (IIT Bombay), VGSOM (IIT Kharagpur) etc. are good.
