Lady Sri ram college Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIT Khargpur, BITS Pilani offers (integrated 5 years course), Ashoka University, Shiv nadar Delhi, Hans raj Delhi, Symbiosis school of economics Pune are best. If you're wish to study in South India itself then, Loyola Chennai, Christ Bangal

Sure, most of the colleges have limited seats for other state's candidates you can get on that quota.
