    Hi,
    As per your commerce background, it is very difficult for you to take admission in B.Tech automobile whether you should go for commerce site. All the best for future.

    No dear, you are not eligible for taking admission in B.Tech Automobile engineering programme . The eligibility of course is - Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2  (with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST . You can choose any other programme such as B.Com, BBA, BA etc.

    Commerce student cannot go with B.Tech progamme as student must have studied PCM in 12th.

    Here is the eligibility for B.Tech of LPU,  

    Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2  (with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST

    Applying for admissions B.Tech at Lovely Professional University you are required to satisfy the eligibility criteria of the programme .The Eligibility for B.Tech automobile engineering at LPU is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST.

    As per university eligibilty criteria you are not eligible for B.Tech programme. However, you can apply for programme in commerce streame. you can check university website for avilable programes.
