yes, u can apply for diploma, provided u meet all the eligibility criteria set by the colleges like humber, sheridian, columbia...etc...they offer cheap diplomas...

Yes you can pursue diploma courses, but as you have completed your 12th it would be advisable for you to pursue undergraduate degree instead of a diploma.
Once you complete your undergraduate degree you can pursue post graduate diploma.

Yes, you are eligible for Diploma Course in Canada. Just you have to English Proficiency TOEFEL score.
