I am a comp sci (Bsc) 1st year student.My UG course will be complete on MAY 2015(approx).I want to seat for CAT in 2014(Final yr) . can I ?

Generally CAT examinations are taken in OCT-NOV . Now on OCT 2014 , I will be a final year student . So Can I seat for CAT at that time ? Actually , CAT selection process is too long, takes almost a yr , so I just want not to lose a year . So want to seat a bit early.
