Hello, To study Masters, you will have to give IELTS exam. But UK generally doesn't provide any work visas. So you have to study and come back. Only if your academics are good you get 3 months of extension.

First of all, I would like to say that to study abroad is not difficult we you are economically strong enough to handle all expenses. Taking citizenship is much difficult as UK government does not give citizenship easily. For studying abroad for higher studies we need to give an exam.
