I am a computer science engineering student. Can I write IAS or IPS exam after completion of my degree?

Any graduate from a recognised university is eligible to appear for Civil Services Examination to become an IAS or IPS officer. You are eligible to appear for Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC based on your B.Tech CSE degree subject to meeting other eligibility criteria.

Yes, you can. Anyone who has completed his graduation degree from any recognised university is eligible to appear in Civil Services exam. You can definitely appear in IAS or IPS exam.

Yes. As of now, upper age limit for UPSC civil service exam is 32 years for general category, 35 years for OBC and 37 years for SC/ST category. Yes. Any graduate who is holding a recognised graduation degree from any university in india can write civil service examination.
