i am a dentist.i want to do a diploma course in clinical research.pls name some institutes which have good placement

some institutes eg. crema,icri,phfi,are offering one year regular course.some like catalyst,mitcon,cliniminds, are offering weekend sunday classes course of 6 month duration.which course i should join .doing year course will help in getting a good job.or we should save time & join a short one
