I am a dentist with 8 years work ex. I am looking for a career change through MBA. Please suggest what would be best for me.

I am in my early thirties. I live in a small town.I have stability in my life and maintain work life balance. With wife and 2 kids, would it be a good idea to pursue MBA as the growth potential is not great in the long term if I continue. Is it advisable to go for growth now? Wife is a dentist as well.
