I am a Diploma civil engineering student, can I take admission B.Tech CSE in St Andrews College through lateral entry?

Sorry Jaydev, you're not eligible to get admission in CSE at St Andrews college because you've completed your Diploma in civil engineering, so you must choose B.Tech CivIl in B.Tech.
There is no chance of getting CSE.
Students should take the branch in which they have completed Diploma, it's the rule. -
Eligibility criteria for admission:
Candidate must have passed Diploma in engineering from a recognized board with minimum 45% marks.
Admission is based on the marks obtained in Diploma.
