Sorry Jaydev, you're not eligible to get admission in CSE at St Andrews college because you've completed your Diploma in civil engineering, so you must choose B.Tech CivIl in B.Tech. Eligibility criteria for admission: Candidate must have passed Diploma in engineering from a recognized board with minimum 45% marks.
