I am a Diploma holder in electrical engineering. I have not done 12th. Is there is any scope for a foreign country?

Hi mate, Indian diplomas are not accepted in foreign. However you can continue your Bachelor's through LEET (Lateral Engineering Entrance Test) and then, you can apply in foreign for Masters.
