I am a Diploma holder in engineering and b tech in engineering again am I eligible for M.Ed or ill haveto appear to B.Ed first.
Passed both from distinction from recognised university.

You have to appear in B.Ed first because B.Ed is the minimum qualification for M.Ed.

To apply for M.Ed you have to appear for B.Ed first. B.Tech candidates also cannot apply for M.Ed directly. The minimum eligibility for M.Ed is B.Ed. Since this is a teaching professional course, therefore after graduation only you can apply for B.Ed and then M.Ed.
