yes vijay,must be Bachelor degree for MBA course,like Bcom/BBA/BBM etc

You cant join MBA as you are just a diploma holder and bachelor degree is must for MBA.

For getting admission into MBA course, you need to have a graduate degree.In case you are not a graduate, please go in for BBA.Then you can do MBA as well.Alternatively, seek admission into B.Com, BA or B.Sc.
