I am a diploma holder with electrical engineering from a government college. Can i do BA or BSc. ?

Dear Ahswani,
No you can't go for BA on the basis of Diploma.
for BA you need to have 10+2
yes you can go for BSc or BCA after diploma in CS or IT filed and that too directly In II year. (Lateral Entry )
