I am a Diploma in Electrical Engg.,passed in 1999,passed B.A.in 1997,got clerical service under Govt. of West Bengal in 1999,Oct.My field of interest is Vocal Music, Electrical Engineering.I am confused about my carrier.Kindly advise me about some courses through Distance Education with its utility.
