I am a Diploma student from Bihar. Can I get admission in govmerent college in other state through lateral entry for B.Tech.

You have not writen about the state where you wants to do the B.Tech lateral course. However you can get the B.Tech lateral admission. The DTU, PTU, IPU etc. Offers the B.Tech lateral admissions. While in Maharashtra many of colleges offering the B.Tech lateral admissions through DTE Maharashtra.

I want to do B.Tech from any top government colleges. But few states\universities require domicile. Please suggest where I get admission. Currently I am doing Diploma in mechanical engineering. I wish to study in top government college. So tell me which state\gov college allow other states student.
