You are only eligible for admission ,If you have completed graduation in (Physics / bio / chemistry / Zoology / botany / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Applied Medical Sciences / Biotechnology) / engineering / pharmacy / medicine / BDS. Percentage in last qualified exam (graduation) required for admission in M.Sc. may vary university to university (50-60%). In reputed institutes admission is through entrance exam where as in other institutes you can take direct admission. Premier Forensic Science Institute

If you have a Bachelor's degree in science/ engineering / pharmacy/ medicine, from a recognized university, then you are eligible to apply for a course in M.Sc in forensic science. You should also have a minimum of 60% in graduation. You might also have to appear for a qualifying examination, which depends on the mode of entry decided by different institutes.
General weight age is given to both the score obtained in the entrance exam, and to the score obtained in the last qualifying examination.
The round of written test is often followed by subsequent rounds of Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Regards.
