I am a drop-out student from BE & want to take admission in B.Sc in CS in Delhi or Noida, how can I? I've got 54% in Bihar board in 2016.
What I can do and how I can get admission in any college?

You can go for B.Sc but it is not possible to get any top college for that. But there are some average colleges where you can get admission. Search out the best college you find and go for that.
