you can join management course on the basis of your diploma but that program will be autonomous program but before taking admission pls check the eligibility criteria of the respective institute.

Dear Ashwani, as you have completed diploma in ece it is better to go for a lateral entry admission in B.Tech ece. If you are asking about MBA or PGDM than kindly not that both are postgraduate programme . and for that first you have to complete graduation so focus on ur graduation first.

you should have to go for Btech, you can take admission in 2year in btech after diploma

B.Tech in E.C.E with continue education do not fall in management because you are technical. you want management ONLY MBA is fit after your graduation
