I am a electrical engg. Diploma fresher with 85% marks. I want to pursue B.Tech degree along with my job. How do I do it?

You need to take admission in lateral entry B.Tech, then you can directly jump into the second year of B.Tech. Then you need to talk to your HOD for non-attending student, this policy is only applicable for Diploma students.
