I am a employed and done BCA & MCA both from IGNOU(Distance). That's why i am not eligible for lots of company. Please suggest .

I have arround 4+ year of exprience in IT, But i am not eligible for top company of IT as like WIPRO,TCS,ACCENTRE .etc. Please suggest me that what should i do so that i can come to policy of the all company . Thanks

The there is option to give some certification , ication exam in technical field like LINUX, microsoft, Sun Microsystem Certification , this will helpful to get job if you have distance education
