I am a english medium student but my English grammar is very poor, so please suggest me which medium i will select in ias exam

As you are an English Medium student,there is no reason why you should change your medium in IAS.Your present problem can be solved with a voracious reading in English,needed anyhow for IAS.With Reading,your fluency improves and other problems get rectified.
