I am a Entry level trainee At Cognizant technology solutions,pune. Whether i should go for a corporate PGDBA or not.What r the benefits?

I have an experience of 6 months as tester and wanna go for corporate PGDBA. But i am unaware about the benefits which one can get (As designation or Project assignment or salary growth) after completion of course.
