If your B.Com is from any UGC recognised university, you are very well eligible to write CAT. One more point I would lie to highlight, the CAT for 2020 intake has already been done, you can only do so for next year. If you want the 2020 intake, you have a golden opportunity to apply for MBA at LPU,

Hello! Yes you can apply for CAT but I would suggest you to not make CAT as the only target, have a look over other options as well. There are many renowned B school which conduct their own entrance exam such as MAT XAT IIFT NMAT SNAP CMAT LPU NEST and few more. I have appeared for LPU NEST as well

Well yes you can go ahead for your application. Also, this year Lovely professional University has relaxed their eligibility norms.
