I am a final year Engg student with Electricals as back ground,I have a work experience certificate of 3 years which I worked part time for an Charitable trust,So will this work experience certificate help me getting into IIM's.....?

I'm not sure if your experience is sufficient for getting an admission in IIM but it has a value if you want to go for MBA in rural development in ANAND ... Since it also has projects on working with NGO's and charitable trusts, you'll definitely have an advantage.
