What are your expectations from your life? Choose the field accordingly because both the fields are different from each other.

It is completely depends upon your interest. If you want to go for business field you may choose MBA and if you want to be in technical field then you may choose M.Tech.

If you are technically oriented and want to make career as electrical engineer then M.Tech is very good option to become a specialist. If you are not technically oriented and want to switch career then MBA is a good career switch option. Currently career options and salaries for MBA grads is higher
