As you are pursuing undergraduate course in electrical engineering, it would be advisable for you to pursue MS in the same as it will add on to the knowledge of what all you have learned during graduation.

For pursuing M.Tech., only B.E./B.Tech. is the requirement and any certification course done has no relevance.
