I am a final year student of B.Com. What should I do to get admission in top IIMs?

you should prepare for CAT entrance exam because in top IIMs you can get admission only through CAT with good percentile I.e.,above 90

You shoudl do the following:
1. ensure that you get more than 55% marks at graduation level
2.check on the course curriculum for CAT & start preparing for it
3. if required join coaching classes for it to sharpen your skills in mathematics,mental ability, English language, logical reasoning,etc
