Hi Sai Teja, you have to prepare for study abroad entrance exams like GRE, TOEFL or IELTS, GMAT etc depending where you want to study and what you want to study. You can start visiting university websites and start some research and prepare accordingly.

In Australia, you need to take IELTS or TOEFL only. While in Canada, you have to check GRE requirements as some universities don't require GRE whereas some does. IELTS or TOEFL is a must.
