I am a final year student of BA (distance) and I got failed in 2 subjects. Can I give those 2 exams in April 2019?

Hi,
Yes, if you fail in any of your subject, you are allowed to give them next year and they are termed as back papers. In some Colleges they make it compulsory also. Give your best. Good luck.

Are you from Kurukshetra University? I am talking about private BA final year. Is it really possible?

Yes, you can take the exams in April 2018.
